As a Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee production personnel, equipment, and processes across multiple manufacturing and support departments.

You will be responsible for planning and assigning work, guiding daily goal setting, organizing training, and coaching team members for continuous improvement. You'll also ensure compliance with company and government requirements.

Your leadership will be key to helping your team deliver on daily objectives while fostering a strong plant culture based on our Company values. Additionally, you'll focus on driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service levels through facilitative leadership.

 

Schedule: Stable night shift pattern: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, followed by 3 nights on – perfect for work-life balance! Hours are 6pm to 6am

Responsibilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities and mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills, capable of guiding team members and functioning with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in interpreting contractual documents, performing complex mathematical equations, and managing detailed tasks with accuracy.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with company policies such as Safety, GMP, SQF, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Ability to foster a safe work environment, take appropriate action on unsafe situations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership in operational administration, including troubleshooting issues, preparing reports, and meeting key performance indicators in safety, productivity, and quality.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Production: Meet scheduled production targets with 98%+ on-time delivery, promptly address errors, and communicate effectively between shifts to maintain plant efficiency and minimize waste.
